Stephanie

Owner and Founder

Mother of two tweens and a spirited boxer mix, my journey with Pilates began during one of the most difficult times in my life. In 2016, when my children were just 1 and 3, my husband passed away suddenly. At the time, I was also recovering from back surgery, navigating both physical pain and profound grief. Therapy helped our family move forward, and I eventually became a facilitator to support others through loss. Amid those challenging years, I sought out Pilates to help with my recovery and found a life-changing practice. Alongside therapy, Pilates became a foundation for my emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. It helped me rebuild—mentally and physically—giving me strength I never knew I had, resilience in the face of adversity, and a renewed sense of courage and balance. That transformation eventually led me to shift my career toward mental health wellness and Pilates full-time. Now, as I open Reformology Pilates, my goal is to create a space where movement and mindfulness come together to foster strength, healing, and finding balance. Our studio will offer a blend of contemporary and classical Pilates, with classes designed to improve mobility, build resilience, and promote overall well-being—whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply looking for a sustainable way to move and feel your best. I truly believe in the power of this practice, and I hope my team and I can be an uplifting part of your journey. Thank you for being here—I can’t wait to welcome you into the studio!
